STEP ONE
I will determine if you qualify for a NYS Medical Cannabis card. This is a free consultation. Once it is determined that you have a qualifying condition an appointment is scheduled. This is a 45-minute full-spectrum virtual care appointment, including education, a personalized plan, and coaching. PTSD evaluation and diagnosis if medically indicated.

STEP TWO
In most cases you will have the temporary card that same day as well as access to your patient portal allowing you to message me directly and log your progress.
Additionally I will provide you with actionable steps and a personalized reflection as you move through this journey.

STEP THREE
A 3-month follow-up is included in the initial fee. This is a 45 min virtual care appointment, filing of certification, reflection email and 3 month follow-up visit.

Recertification after 1 year is required by NYS.
